gpu-unlock frees full AI tensor speed on RTX 30 cards

A free Linux module called gpu-unlock lifts RTX 30-series BF16 tensor speed to pro-card rates. One RTX 3090 Ti went from 87.5 to 157.4 TFLOPS.

A free Linux kernel module is giving old RTX 30-series graphics cards a big jump in AI maths speed. It's called gpu-unlock, and on one RTX 3090 Ti it lifted BF16 matrix throughput from about 87 to 157 trillion operations a second.
