A tribunal gave back the visa of a New Zealand citizen jailed for drug trafficking. The Assistant Minister cancelled it again, and the court backed him.

A New Zealand citizen whose visa was cancelled over his criminal record has lost his court case. An injunction had stopped his removal since November.
