Sixty-nine people are dead after a high-speed train ran into the back of another one that was stopped on the tracks in central Spain on Wednesday morning. It happened near the town of Urda in Toledo province, about 150 kilometres south of Madrid, on the line that runs from Madrid down to Andalusia. It's the deadliest train crash in Spain in 13 years, and the country's second high-speed disaster since January.
