A federal judge says the man running the federal prosecutor's office in Los Angeles has no lawful right to be doing it. Judge J. Michael Seabright ruled on Tuesday 27 October that Bill Essayli is unlawfully serving as Los Angeles' top federal prosecutor, and barred him from two criminal cases.
