Chainalysis says AI agent attack exposed customer data

Chainalysis, the company police and governments use to follow stolen crypto, has been hacked. It says the attackers used what it calls "offensive agentic techniques," meaning AI agents that can work through an attack in steps, to get into its systems and internal tools this month.
