Hot Chips on 24 August: 144 Armv9.3-A cores on 2 nm, last-level cache on its own 5 nm die, samples now, volume 2027. Air-cooled 350 W at 2.1 GHz, liquid-cooled 500 W at 2.9 GHz. Fujitsu keeping 2 nm under 30 percent of die area, because analog does not love that node, is the shop sentence.
