Australian home values fall for a seventh month in October

Cotality says home values fell 1.2% in October and are 6.7% below March's peak. PropTrack has Adelaide down for a fifth month to $907,000.

Australian home values fell for a seventh straight month in October, and the slide is now close to the deepest in 40 years. If you own a home in Adelaide, the city that led the boom has spent the spring leading the fall.
