Tesla's Texas robotaxi fleet hits 1,204, 55 behind Waymo

Tesla registered 124 more Model Y robotaxis in Texas, lifting its fleet to 1,204. Waymo has 1,259. At the end of July, Tesla had 181.

Tesla now has more than 1,200 robotaxis registered in Texas. The latest batch of paperwork puts the company 55 cars behind Waymo in the state, a gap that was about 500 cars wide at the start of August.
