Apple's first foldable iPhone is widely expected at its event on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, next to the iPhone 18 Pro. Apple's invitation says "Surprise and shine", with a 10 a.m. Pacific start at Apple Park. Apple hasn't named a foldable yet. The date is real. The fold is still a rumour.
