Regional SA house prices up 19% as every capital falls

Regional SA house prices rose 19% in a year to a $595,000 median, Domain says, while all eight capital cities fell for the first time in 15 years.

Every capital city in Australia has just watched its median house price go backwards in the same three months. Regional South Australia went the other way, with house prices outside Adelaide up 19 per cent in a year, the steepest regional rise in the country.
