The Rosalind Franklin Support and Augmentation project is in implementation. The launch is late 2028 from 39A — likely SpaceX’s first throw at Mars.

ROSA into implementation on 16 April, Falcon Heavy, no earlier than late 2028 from 39A, $175.7 million. That ticket sits next to Europa Clipper’s $178 million, not a special Mars rate. Four NASA braking engines already at Airbus in Stevenage is what implementation looks like when it is not a slide. Rosalind Franklin drills. Heavy throws. 2030 is Airbus’s surface year.
