Zelensky says Starlink limit is a planned operation

Zelensky says Starlink drops out above 161 km/h in Ukraine but worked at over 180 km/h in EU tests. On 17 October he called it a planned operation.

Ukraine sent a couple of cars loaded with Starlink terminals into the European Union and drove them fast. Volodymyr Zelensky says that simple test proves the speed cap crippling his drone defences is deliberate, and that it only applies inside Ukraine.
