How to set up Apple's new iOS 27 parental controls

If your kids have iPhones or iPads, Apple's parental controls changed a lot last month. iOS 27 brought a redesigned Screen Time, a new way to approve websites one at a time, and time limits that work by category instead of app by app. Some old names are gone, too. Downtime and App Limits have been folded into new features with new names.
