Saab's video shows the first Gripen E built in Brazil flying from Embraer's Gavião Peixoto plant on 6 October, the first of 15 jets.

Saab's new video shows the first Gripen E fighter ever built outside Sweden taking off from a runway in Brazil. The jet made its first flight from Embraer's Gavião Peixoto aerodrome in São Paulo State on Tuesday 6 October at 10:21 local time. In Adelaide, that was 11:51pm on Tuesday.
