Judge blocks Trump press ban on CNN, MS NOW, Politico

Judge Timothy Kelly's preliminary injunction restores CNN, MS NOW and Politico hard passes. The Justice Department has appealed to the DC Circuit.

A Trump-appointed judge has blocked the White House from enforcing its ban on CNN, MS NOW and Politico for the rest of the case. The Justice Department filed its notice of appeal to the DC Circuit the next day.
