Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised) has a powerful new backer in Europe. Germany's federal transport minister, Steffen Bilger, said on Tuesday 6 October that he'll push for the system to be approved across the whole European Union "zeitnah", which means promptly. In return, Tesla's agreed to cap how far the system can drive over the speed limit at 10%, and it's offered to sell it in Europe under a new name, Tesla Assisted Driving.
