Lex Takarua loses Federal Court bid to stop his removal

A New Zealand citizen whose visa was cancelled over his criminal record has lost his court case. An injunction had stopped his removal since November.

The Federal Court has dismissed a New Zealand citizen's attempt to stop his removal from Australia, almost a year after an injunction first put his deportation on hold.
