SpaceX agrees to buy Grain's 800 MHz spectrum for Starlink

SpaceX has agreed to buy Grain Management's nationwide 800 MHz licences, up to 14 MHz paired, to get Starlink Mobile indoors. It still needs FCC approval.

SpaceX has agreed to buy Grain Management's nationwide 800 MHz spectrum portfolio for Starlink Mobile. SpaceX says these low-band airwaves close one of the last technical gaps between Starlink and becoming a major US mobile carrier. The deal covers licences for up to 14 MHz of paired spectrum, and it still needs FCC approval.
