Young South Australians who leave state care at 18 want the government to keep backing them until they're at least 21. One of them is Joshua Prosso. He's 19, he spent about eight years in Department for Child Protection residential care, and he helped shape a state watchdog inquiry into what happens when kids in care grow up.
