Qilin ransomware suspect extradited from Japan to Germany

Germany has arrested a 28-year-old Russian alleged to be a core Qilin ransomware member after Japan extradited him. Qilin hit Court Services Victoria.

Germany has arrested a Russian man police believe is a core member of the Qilin ransomware gang. Japan handed him over earlier this month, and Japan's National Police Agency has now confirmed the extradition. He'd been held there since he was detained in Osaka in May.
