Mineral Europa is a giant new cargo ship built to run on ammonia, and it's on its first trip, bound for Australia. It can carry about 210,000 tonnes, so it's the kind of ship that hauls iron ore and coal across the Indian and Pacific oceans every day. What's different is the engine. It's built to burn ammonia, and the company behind it says it's the first dry bulk ship in the world that can.
