Kenny Habul buys HDT and says he'll probably build new cars

Bathurst 12 Hour winner Kenny Habul now owns Peter Brock's old HDT brand. He plans restorations, upgrade kits, a Bathurst factory and probably new cars.

Kenny Habul, the Sydney-born solar billionaire who's won the Bathurst 12 Hour twice, now owns HDT, the Holden Dealer Team brand Peter Brock made famous. On Monday in Bathurst he said he'll restore old HDT Commodores, sell upgrade kits for them, and "probably build some new ones". news.com.au's David McCowen reported the announcement on Monday evening.
