SeaLink sues to get second Kangaroo Island ferry from Batam

SeaLink has gone to the Federal Court to force delivery of the Kangaroo Island ferry Ruwi from Batam, as services stop from 20 to 22 October.

The second new Kangaroo Island ferry is finished, or close to it, and it's still sitting in a shipyard in Indonesia. Now SeaLink has gone to the Federal Court to make its builder hand it over.
