Federal Court rejects James Daniel's tolerance argument

A New Zealand citizen jailed for robbery in armed company argued his 25 years here earned him more tolerance. The Federal Court found no error.

The Federal Court has rejected an argument that a New Zealand citizen who has lived in Australia for 25 years should have been treated with more tolerance when the tribunal refused to give back his visa.
